You can make a difference in providing customer service excellence to our more than 3 million natural gas customers. Our Customer Contact Centers in Waco and Amarillo, Texas are hiring for customer support associates. Hours for the customer support associate position are Monday - Friday with 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm (Central). Atmos Energy observes most major holidays.

Application Process

All applicants for customer support associates must complete a job application and attend a New Hire Training class in either Waco or Amarillo, Texas.
